Fresh-baked bread every Wednesday. I have a deal with a local commercial kitchen to use their ovens every Wednesday morning so I can sell my bread. One-pound loaves with new varieties added all the time. For now, I can only bake 8 loaves a week, so get your orders in early. They will be ready for pickup (or delivery if you are in the neighborhood) by 10 a.m. Wednesday morning. I use no preservatives, so they don't keep for long. Flavors this week are Peaches and Cream, Caraway Rye, Garden Herb and Veggie, Cinnamon Raisin, and Honey Whole Wheat.
