A ready-to-fruit unicorn bag of Chestnut mushroom (Pholiota adiposa, a.k.a. Swiss brown mushroom). Colonized grains mixed with a hardwood substrate augmented with wheat bran and gypsum. As soon as the bag is fully colonized you fold it over and secure with the included rubber bands. Cut a few slits where indicated and watch these clustered mushrooms start to appear. May have to mist a few times a day depending on your humidity.
